With more than 20 years of experience in real estate and over 2,500 transactions completed, Jared built Irby Capital to give investors a direct path to real estate returns without the headaches of property ownership. He invests his own capital alongside every investor and is personally involved in each project. He lives and works on the Gulf Coast of Alabama with his wife Kristen and five children.
His philosophy is straightforward: protect investor capital first, deliver consistent returns, and build genuine relationships that last beyond any single deal.
